The Brides

On December 5, 2015, Nicole and Jolie first met during what they thought to be just a typical job interview (Nicole as employer and Jolie as prospective employee). But what they didn’t realize is that the two would later realize to be each other soul mates. After a few months of getting to know each other they finally gathered enough courage to disclose that they were interested in pursuing something. It became apparent that Jolie would have to quit her job (yes, without ever having been on a date), and so their adventure began.

Why The Lenox?

A few months after first meeting, Jolie and Nicole had their first date in City Table. And then on February 3rd, 2016 Nicole proposed to Jolie in the Penthouse Suite on the 11th floor of the hotel, so it was a no-brainer that the Lenox would be the perfect venue in Boston for their wedding celebration.

The Big Day – December 10, 2016

Fast forward to their wedding day- Jolie and Nicole along with their wedding party prepped for the day in the Back Bay Suite. The girls got ready together but dressed separately prior to doing their first look in the Penthouse Suite.

At 5:30pm Jolie and Nicole’s closest friends and family gathered in the Dome Room for a traditional Jewish wedding ceremony. The space beautifully decorated in whites and silvers set the scene for a winter wonderland. Jolie and Nicole recall one of their favorite moments “when we tried to break the glass during our ceremony but were not able to because we were wearing Jimmy Choos.”

Post-ceremony guests enjoyed passed hors d’oeuvres, a Mediterranean display and a mini slider bar during cocktail hour while the newlyweds made their way around the Lenox taking bridal party and family photos.
Meanwhile across the hall the Dome Room was busy being transformed into what Jolie and Nicole describe as their “fairytale wedding décor- thank you to Beach Plum Floral and the Lenox.”

Doors to the reception opened at 7:00pm and the night kicked off to a traditional Jewish hora to get guests up and on the dance floor.

Dinner began shortly thereafter with a Fresh Mozzarella & Tomato salad, followed by a choice of two signature dishes- Crystal Valley Chicken or a 12 ounce New York Sirloin.

Following dinner the party continued under the bright lights of the Dome with dancing and music provided by Jeffrey Durand of Beat Train Productions.
