Based in Saratoga Springs, NY, Beekman 1802 produces extremely high quality goat-milk based bath amenities, rooted in the community. Find out what it means to Josh and Brent to work with a small team and produce a high quality product that people love.
Located just two hours west of The Lenox in Hadley, MA, Share roasts our coffee fresh every week and overnights the beans to us so we can provide you with the best-tasting, freshest coffee around. They work with importers who work directly with coffee farmers, ensuring that the coffee farmers are compensated fairly for their outstanding work by eliminating many of the middlemen traditionally involved with coffee buying.

We started serving her amazing crème brûlée shortbread treats in the lobby and they have been a guest (and employee!) favorite ever since. These delighful shortbreads would make the perfect gift – grab some today!

Several years ago we invited 150,000 new long-term guests to our roof-top, our very own colony of bees. With our hives hosting more than double the number of bees currently, we have an abundance of honey themed items in our hotel restaurant/lounges City Table and City Bar.

Seacoast Sweets is a family-owned and operated small batch candy-maker in New England. Originally founded in Newburyport, MA, they moved to Rhode Island in 2018.
Seacoast Sweets likes to keep it simple. Chocolate candy made with real natural peanut butter, a coconut patty with actual coconut flakes, or a peppermint patty with a creamy, buttery filling just like Grampa used to make. Simple, delicious patties and beautiful gift boxes are what Seacoast Sweets is all about!
It felt like a perfect match when we stumbled upon Tiffany Hilton Pottery in Florence MA – a six mile drive through the bucolic countryside of the Pioneer Valley from our coffee roasters, Share Coffee in Hadley MA.
Today, the custom mug that Tiffany created for us can be found both in our Mercantile as well as part of our Fireside Experience package where you can enjoy mugs of COOP’s hot cocoa and Seaside Sweets’ S’mores patties besides a roaring wood fire in one of our Executive Fireplace rooms.
Once upon a time, Marc “Coop” Cooper was an Electrical Engineer and Hospital Administrator who decided to learn how to make super premium ice cream. Marc then went on to own and operate two popular retail ice cream shops and produce high quality, super premium frozen desserts for restaurants, caterers and other ice cream shops for 25 years—winning Best of Boston twelve times.
In Spring 2009, Coop set out to create his own brand of handmade ice cream and products, and COOP’s MicroCreamery was born. COOP’s has since developed recipes and techniques using the latest ingredient innovations along with the promise of no artificial ingredients of any kind. COOP’s makes the best specialty desserts possible, using only the finest ingredients available from suppliers they know, never anything unpronounceable. Their Original and Vegan Hot Fudges, Salted Caramel sauce, and Cocoa Felice are all made from scratch in small batches: on every jar you’ll find the initials of the person who made it.
